Refund & Return Policy

We offer same-day processing and express shipping on all orders. Orders placed before the cut-off will be shipped the same day. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2–7 business days.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the order date.

       Return Label: Free for all orders above AU$100 & AU$15 fee (deducted from your refund) for orders under AU$100

       Self-Post Return: Ship it back at your own cost using your preferred method

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.

Late or missing refund

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

If its still missing, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still not received your refund refund yet, please contact us, you can find the details to get in touch at the bottom of the website, and we should reply back to you to assist with the refund.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
