Refund & Return Policy

We offer same-day processing and express shipping on all orders. Orders placed before the cut-off will be shipped the same day. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 6–7 business days.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the order date.

       Express Return Label: AU$15 fee (deducted from your refund)

       Self-Post Return: Ship it back at your own cost using your preferred method

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
